Thank you for using Letro.
This is 2nd report on the [Report] Instagram post permission request.
Currently, we are unable to send request comments through Letro due to a change in the system specification by Meta,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Because of this, we will change the application flow of the Instagram post license application function.
The previous method
(1) Set up a request for the post for which you would like to request permission from the administration screen.
2) Log in by entering your ID/PASS on the dashboard.
(3) Check the "Approved" posts on the administration screen and reflect the changes.
Method after the change
(1) Make a request for the post you wish to obtain approval for from the administration screen.
(2) "Post a comment at your company" on the post for which you have made a request.
(3) Check the "approved" posts on the administration screen and reflect the changes as before.
In the past, comments were sent automatically, but from now on, you will be asked to post comments directly on Instagram posts.
In addition, we are planning to develop a support function that will display a list of Instagram posts that have been set as requests on the Retro administration screen and visualize the current request status in order to prevent mistakes and reduce the burden of posting comments as much as possible.
We will announce the release date of this feature as soon as it is confirmed.
This change in specifications may make it difficult for some users to send comments, so we will continue to accept requests to handle this on our behalf.
Please refer to the previous article for the process to send comments on behalf of our clients, and contact us.
We appreciate your understanding that this change is due to Meta's specifications and platform.
