Now you may not be able to send request comments through Letro.

If you are unable to send comments even if you enter your ID/PASS from the dashboard when making a request, please consider the following method to obtain permission from UGC.

Please share your company's Instagram account login ID/PASS and 2-step verification with us,

We will log in on your behalf and send the comment manually.

We will ask you for the ID/PASS of your company's official Instagram account.

　　　　    (*Include the token for 2-step verification using an authentication application (e.g. Google Authentiator).

<Steady flow after that>

(1) [Your company] As in the past, set up a request for the post you wish to obtain permission for from the administration screen.

　　　　　After that, "login operation by entering ID/PASS on the dashboard" is unnecessary.

2) We detect your request settings and send comments manually.

(3) [Your company] As before, "Approved" posts are checked and reflected on the management screen.
